Release process

In principle, communication materials should be approved by STS Central Marketing before they are published. The approval process, which applies to all KIT organizational units, is shown below:

  1. Order clarification: concept idea for the design is discussed with STS-ZM.
  2. Order placement and execution: Business Unit places the order for the design with the graphics team (AServ-Crossmedia), with an external agency, or creates the materials itself.
  3. Order acceptance and approval: The ordering Business Unit sends the created materials to STS-ZM for approval with a processing deadline for publication of at least two working days. If the graphics team executes the order, approval is automatic with order acceptance.
  4. Production and publication: Once the materials have been approved, they can be produced and published.
